Ancestral Healing

Ancestral Healing allows us to remove the energy blocks passed down through the generations and ensure we do not pass them on to future generations. I use the techniques set out by Pamela A Field in her book ‘Free The Past, Heal The Future’ that use Reiki to support Ancestral Healing. Ancestral Healing can be used to overcome specific issues in our lives as well as a general tool for overcoming issues we may not necessarily be aware of. Using Reiki to achieve this opens up our path to consciousness and is perfect for those who are committed to spiritual ascension.
